Refund Policy
Please read out our refund policy as below:
- When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our 48 hours money back guarantee from the source where you made the payment ( Vyaapar Seva Kendra in your area) If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund, subject to deductions for legal documents or services provided. To request a refund under this guarantee, you must contact us within the first 48 hours of your payment. To raise a request, you have to send an email on support@vyaaparsevakendra.com with the subject line Refund requested.
- During an service request, www.vyaaparsevakendra.com earns fee at different rates and different times depending on the completion of various milestones (e.g. assigning relationship manager, applying DSC, obtaining DIN, Filing of forms, etc.,). Refund cannot be provided for earned fee because resources and man hours spent on delivering the service are non-returnable in nature. Further, we can’t refund or credit any money paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties with a role in processing your order. Under any circumstance, vyaaparsevakendra.com shall be liable to refund only up to the fee paid by the client.
- Refund requests shall not be entertained after the work has been shared with you in the event of change of mind. However, we shall give you the option of using the amount paid for by you, for an alternative service in www.vyaaparsevakendra.com amounting to the same value and the said amount could be applied in part or whole towards the said new service; and
If the request for a refund has been raised 7 (seven) days after the purchase of a service or product has been completed and the same has been intimated and indicated via email or through any form of communication stating that the work has been completed, then, such refund request shall be deemed invalid and shall not be considered. - Once the refund request is approved by Vyaapar Seva Kendra, the same will be processed in 7 working days and the same will be communicated to you by email or calls. The refund amount will get credited to the source of the payment method.
